  I led an end-to-end UX research and design process for a new Forest Service permitting website. I helped our partners hire a full-time product owner and secure $1.8 million for their next phase of work.

  IRS Direct File

  On Direct File, I designed prototypes for the eligibility screener and workflows for the sign and submit process. I helped shape both the onboarding and submission experiences for over 140,000 taxpayers.

  NASA Data Exchange

  I led the research, information architecture, and design on DEx, a web application to support NASA SLS engineers' data exchange process. It halved the time required for reviews and reduced stress throughout the organization.

  At NASA Ames, I co-led the creation of our team’s first design system. I designed a process that worked for my team’s unique needs, helped us overcome technical and design debt, and increased the number of issues we resolved per sprint by 10%.
